We Answer Frequently Asked Questions About Counseling

  • What are your office hours?

The Masterpeace Counseling's front office staff is available to take calls Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Our therapists schedule clients Monday-Saturday throughout the day and evening but may be unable to answer the phone after hours.

  • What is counseling?

Counseling is when you meet with a caring professional to talk about the events, people, situations, and issues that negatively affect your ability to live a happy and productive life. At Masterpeace, you can safely, comfortably, and confidentially discuss your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to make healthy changes to those events, situations, and issues. If you are in crisis, if you are considering suicide, or if you believe you might otherwise hurt yourself or someone else, seek help at the nearest hospital emergency room.
